Are you considering newborn photography but have some questions? Don't worry, I'm here to help!
As a Clarksville newborn photographer, I understand the value and importance of capturing these early moments of your baby's life! If you're a new parent, you're probably overwhelmed with all the decisions you need to make. Newborn photography doesn't have to be one of them.
Let me guide you through the process and provide you with all the information you need to capture the early moments of your baby's life.
1) What do you provide in your newborn sessions?
- A consultation so I can get to know your family and your vision for the session
- Warm and cozy studio filled with backdrops, swaddles, wraps, hats, headbands and tons of props
- Welcome packet with step by step instructions on how to prepare for the session
- Coffee bar, juice, sodas and Lots of snacks
- Professional lighting to make you look your best
- Play room with toys for the siblings
- Big comfy sofa, just in case you need a nap
- In-person design and ordering appointment to choose & order your favorite images
- Professional retouching of all your ordered images
2) When do you suggest booking our session?
Book while you’re still pregnant! So that I can provide every client with an extraordinary experience, I only take a few clients each month. So, the sooner the better!
Next, the session will take place around 5-12 days after birth. They’ve had a chance to cuten up a bit but they are still super tiny. Plus mom has a chance to recover a bit before getting in front of the camera! Obviously you won’t know when your baby will be born unless you have a scheduled C-section. We can always move your session date as needed. Just keep me posted!
3) What if my baby doesn’t sleep?
It’s incredibly rare for a baby not to sleep for at least a portion of our session. My clients call me the "baby whisperer" when they come to the studio because I have many tricks up my sleeve to coax your little one back to sleep.
